TEC Talk: High Performance GPU Computing On ASU's Agave Cluster

TEC Talks: Technology, Expertise, Collaboration. The TEC Talks seminar series, presented by ASU core facilities, focuses on practical applications of cutting edge technology. The objective is to drive innovation in discovery, from project conception and funding through data analysis and publication. This goal is achieved by addressing scientific problems with customized solutions and fostering collaborations between researchers and core facility scientists.

Through faculty investment, GPU partitions have augmented Agave's computational resources, more than doubling its computational power. This talk will describe these partitions, how they are accessed and the applications that run there. The talk will take place in Biodesign B Room AL1-10/14.
