Learn to increase flexibility and decrease your risk of injury while strengthening the muscles of your abs, back and hips. This session is designed to promote proper posture, increase flexibility, reduce stress and improve balance. Come ready to unwind and relax. An instructor at the Polytechnic campus Sun Devil Fitness Complex will be leading the class. Please bring a towel and/or mat, water and come dressed to participate.
