Qi Gong is an exercise system that promotes physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. Attendees will experience a variety of Qi Gong movements and meditative breathing. The session may reduce stress, increase mental clarity and rejuvenate physical health.
Dress in soft, loose-fitting exercise clothing; barefoot, non-slippery socks or soft-soled indoor shoes; and bring a bottle of water for hydration.
Xie Ling is a certified Qi Gong teacher with 15 years of experience. She studied Qi Gong and Chinese medicine with Professor Zhang at Beijing University, Professor Lin from Shanghai Chinese Medicine University and master Li in China and in the U.S.
