Proper Workstation Ergonomics

Proper workstation ergonomics is a proactive approach to reduce and prevent work related repetitive use injuries. It is the practice of properly adjusting chairs, desks and computer spaces to best fit your physical stature during your work day.

Lynn Genet will provide you with ways to make sure you are using the correct workstation practices. She is the owner of American Physical Medicine in Scottsdale and a member of the Arizona Association of Chiropractic. Genet has a Bachelor of Science in human biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National College of Chiropractic.

This event is HIP-endorsed; a program available to benefits-eligible state of Arizona employees. Find out more about the incentive-based HIP program on the Employee Wellness webpage.
