Main Course Salads

Sometimes a colorful, hearty salad is all you need for a filling and healthy meal. Learn how to prepare interesting main-dish salads that are quick and also satisfying. 

This class is presented by nutrition graduate students who are training to become registered dietitian nutritionists.
