Heart Smart Cooking

You don’t need to be a chef to create nutritious, heart-healthy meals. This cooking demonstration shows how to create simple and tasty recipes that can lower blood pressure and improve overall cardiovascular heart health. It is taught by graduate students in the ASU Nutrition Program who are training to become Registered Dietitian Nutritionists.
