If you're a vegetarian, you know that it can sometimes be hard to find recipes that fit your dietary needs. This cooking class will show you meatless and vegan recipes that are not only nutritious, but will please your whole family.
This class is presented by nutrition graduate students who are training to become registered dietitian nutritionists.
