Cycling offers a low impact, high energy stationary bike workout that is both fun and good for you. Workouts are designed to increase both cardiovascular fitness and strength levels. A Sun Devil Fitness Complex instructor will be leading the class. Bring a towel and water, and come dressed to participate.
