ASU opens additional educational facilities and learning spaces at the Downtown Phoenix campus
The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Mass Communication and Eight/KAET moved into a new facility at the Downtown Phoenix campus in fall 2008. Tower I of ASU's new residential community, Taylor Place, opened this past fall complete with a shaded garden, all-you-care-to-eat dining, and more retail options for students and the community. Taylor Mall connects the Arizona Center to the new Civic Space Park, a multipurpose park at the heart of the campus.
