1.What is the add/drop deadline?

2. Where can I get a copy of my transcripts?
You may request a copy of your transcripts at the Enrollment Services office (1st floor of University Center).
3. How do I make an appointment for the writing center?
Appointments can be made at the Information Desk in the lobby of University Center or by calling 602-496-4278.
4. I have a class, but the room is locked. How do I get in?
Classrooms generally unlock automatically 15 minutes prior to a class beginning. If you still need assistance you can contact Classroom Support on the 2nd Floor of University Center (Suite 267) or call them at 602-496-5000.
5. Where can I go to make copies?
There is a copy center located in the Information Commons (lower level of University Center).
6. Where do I have access to a printer?
There are printers located in the Information Commons (lower level of University Center).
7. Where do I recycle paper?
There are paper recycling bins located on the 1st floor of University Center outside the restrooms, next to the vending machines.
8.Where is the lost and found?
The main lost and found is located at the Information Desk in the lobby of University Center. There is also a lost and found located in the Information Commons (lower level of University Center), or you can check classroom support in room 267 on the 2nd Floor of University Center.
9. Where is the nearest courtesy phone?
University Center does not have public phones that call outside numbers, but there is a courtesy phone located across from the elevators on the 1st floor that can call ASU numbers or 911. The closest public phones are located in the Chase Building on Central & Van Buren, or the Circle K on 1st Ave. & Fillmore.
10. I have rooms to rent to students. How can I let them know?
With approval, information can be posted in the Wells Fargo Student Center at the Arizona Center (3rd St. and Fillmore).
11. Where/How would I put in a comment/concern about the campus?

12. Where can I post flyers downtown?
With approval, flyers may be posted in the display cases of University Center by filling out a display case reservation form that may be obtained from Disability Resources (University Center, Suite 160). The other option to post flyers would be with the Wells Fargo Student Center, located at the Arizona Center (3rd St. and Fillmore).
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
13.Where do I park if I am going to the Downtown Phoenix campus?

14. Where can I buy parking decals?
You can buy decals at the Parking/Cashiering office which located on the 1st floor of University Center next to the Security Office (Suite 112). For more information about parking at the Downtown Phoenix campus please visit: http://campus.asu.edu/downtown/Parking.
15. Where do I catch the shuttle to the Tempe campus?
The shuttle stop is located on the southwest corner of 1st street and Taylor, and on the north side of the Mercado Building on Van Buren between Fifth and Seventh streets, unless otherwise noted.
16. Where can I cross park?
After 3:00 p.m. students may cross park in the DP1, DP2, or DP3 lot with a valid ASU parking permit and on a space-available basis. Cross parking is allowed all day in the Reciprocity Parking Lot (DP5) with a valid ASU parking permit and on a space-available basis.

17. Can I get my Sun Card at the Downtown Phoenix campus?
Yes, the Sun Card office is located inside the Bookstore (1st floor of University Center).
18. Where can I add Sun Dollars to my card?
There is a machine located in the Information Commons (lower level of University Center) that allows you to put money on your card.
19.Where is the Wells Fargo bank?
It is located in the Wells Fargo Student Center on the 2nd floor at the Arizona Center (3rd St. and Fillmore).
20. Where is the nearest ATM?
There is an ATM machine located on the 1st floor of University Center next to the vending machines.
DIRECTIONS
21. How do I get to the College of Nursing & Heathcare Innovation building?
You can go east on Taylor St. to 3rd St. and the College of Nursing and Heathcare Innovation building is located on the northwest corner of 3rd Street and Taylor.
22. How do I get to the Mercado?
The Shuttle offers a stop at the Mercado for your convenience or you can go east on Van Buren St. to 5th St. and it is located on the southeast corner.
23. Where are the restrooms?
There are restrooms located on the 1st floor of University Center behind the staircase next to Enrollment Services.

24. How can I get an escort to my car?
For an escort you can locate an ASU Police Aid or go to the security office located on the 1st floor of University Center (Suite 114). You can also contact a Copper Square Ambassador at 602-495-1500. The Information Desk has a Downtown Phoenix quick reference safety card for numbers and addresses to know.
